PAYMENT METHODS – VOTRE LOUIS ONLINE STORE
1. General Rules
We accept only online payments. We do not offer cash payments or personal collection.
Orders are processed after the payment has been received. For ‘made-to-order’ products, production starts only after payment is received.
If payment is not made within 7 days of placing the order, it will be automatically cancelled (as per the Terms & Conditions).
Currencies accepted: USD, EUR, GBP. The client’s bank may charge fees for currency conversion or international transactions.
2. Available Online Payment Methods
Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, Diners Club) – via STRIPE.
Instant transfers (pay-by-link) – via STRIPE.
Apple Pay / Google Pay.
Bank transfer – online only; account details are provided in the confirmation. Manual processing may extend the completion time.
We do not charge additional fees for payments on our side. Any fees or exchange rates depend on your bank or card operator.
3. Payment Time, Deposits and Balance (Made-to-Order Products)
For both standard and made-to-order products, charges are made at the time the payment is processed.
Changes in specifications after project acceptance may require an additional payment and affect the lead time (as per the Terms & Conditions).
4. Payment Security
Our connection is encrypted (TSL/SSL).
Card data is processed exclusively by the certified payment operator STRIPE. The Shop does not store full card numbers.
Card transactions may require strong authentication (3-D Secure).
To prevent fraud, we may temporarily suspend the order and request additional confirmation.
5. Invoices, Currencies and Import Taxes
Invoices are issued upon request (within the EU with VAT ID/company details; outside the EU – sales documents in accordance with export regulations).
Deliveries to the USA and other third countries – by default DAP (import duties/taxes are the Client’s responsibility as the importer). Payments include the value of goods and shipping, excluding import duties.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the purchase (unless agreed otherwise).
Refund timeframe: promptly, no later than 14 days after a valid withdrawal – we may withhold the refund until the product or proof of return is received.

7. Failed Payments, Holds and Disputes
If a payment fails, you may retry from your cart/’My Orders’ or choose another method.
In case of chargebacks, the order may be put on hold until resolved.

8. Personal Data and Cookies (Privacy Policy Compliance)
Data processing in the payment process is described in our Privacy Policy. We use cookies necessary for the operation of the cart and payments and – only with your consent – analytical/statistical cookies. Marketing cookies are used only with your consent.
